Women empowerment through Skill Development for livelihood generation

The Buddh Jyoti Foundation is passionately committed to empowering women from low-income families through skill development, enabling them to achieve independence and financial security. In Satna, Madhya Pradesh—an aspirational district identified for upliftment by the Government of India—BJF conducts daily, expert-led classes in stitching, weaving, and knitting. These hands-on sessions not only teach practical skills but also instill the confidence needed for women to start their own small ventures, earn livelihoods, and support their families.

Our goal is to create a ripple effect—fostering both economic and social empowerment. By aligning our efforts with the Government of India’s initiatives, we aim to equip women with the skills they need to overcome financial challenges and build brighter futures.

At BJF, skill development isn’t just about learning a craft—it’s about unlocking potential, creating independence, and transforming lives.
